In this role, you will play a key part in creating a seamless and positive experience for new clients while ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities to better serve their insurance needs.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has strong attention to detail, and understands how to turn new business into long-term relationships. This position is open to both local and remote candidates.Compensation:$20–$25 per hour, based on experienceBonus opportunities availablePosition Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist, you will assist with the transition of new clients into the agency by reviewing policies, ensuring accuracy, and helping deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
