A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Specification. Key Responsibilities Create and produce door and hardware specifications for various commercial applications Recommend door and hardware solutions that meet design requirements for security, aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility Assist with project submittal reviews and ensure specifications are upheld during the bid process Required Qualifications College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of industry-related experience with openings, such as commercial locksmithing or door hardware installation Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience with CRM tools for sales and activity reporting Ability to travel up to 5% and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. for presentations
