synchronization processes for enterprise system interoperability.\r\nSupport reporting and business intelligence initiatives using Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.\r\nDevOps & CI/CD Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.\r\nAutomate build, test, and deployment processes for .NET applications.\r\nManage deployments across development, UAT, and production environments.\r\nImplement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to support production stability.\r\nLead technical workstreams from design through production support.\r\nCoordinate with distributed or offshore teams and provide guidance.\r\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solutions.\r\nProduce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOWs, and implementation guides.\r\nManage technical relationships with vendors supporting enterprise applications.\r\nRequired Qualifications 8+ years of experience in .NET and SQL Server development.\r\nStrong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.\r\nExtensive SQL Server experience including schema design, stored procedures, triggers, indexing, performance tuning, and execution plan optimization.\r\nStrong understanding of software design patterns including MVC, Repository, Factory, and Singleton.\r\nExperience designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.\r\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\r\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading technical delivery.\r\nStrong troubleshooting skills for production issues and performance bottlenecks.\r\nExcellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nBachelor's degree in
