This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance operations professional looking to drive enterprise-wide process transformation within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. The team is small and collaborative, offering significant visibility and direct impact on how the organization scales its operationsResponsibilities:Conducting end-to-end discovery sessions and current-state process analysis across Underwriting, Claims, and Operations, designing future-state operating models and process maps to support platform migrations and digital transformation initiativesPerforming gap analyses, capability assessments, and executive reporting to inform strategic investment decisions and present transformation roadmaps to senior leadershipServing as an ongoing process advisor to field teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing multiple concurrent workstreams across strategic transformation projectsQualification4+ years of experience in insurance operations with a focus on process improvement and optimization within a Wholesale Agency, MGA, or Carrier environment, with demonstrated experience designing or supporting operating model transformationProficiency in Visio, Excel, and process mapping methodologies (value stream mapping, swimlane diagrams, SIPOC), with strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience supporting technology implementations or platform migrations; P&C experience preferred, familiarity with automation or AI a plus, and Lean Six Sigma certification a bonusIf you're interested, please apply directly or send an email with your resume to clara.masson@jcwgroup.com.
