We recognize that every member of the PUI family is uniquely different but all working towards the same goal, thus, we strive hard to build an employee-focused, flexible, safe environment with opportunities for growth always.\n\nProjects Unlimited offers:\n\n· Climate Controlled Facility\n\n· Generous Paid Time Off and Benefits\n\n· Monthly Production Bonus\n\nProjects Unlimited offers a competitive benefits package including; paid holidays, a generous PTO plan, a 401k match, and a full line-up of medical, dental and vision options just to name a few!\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nAs a Final Assembly Operator you will: 1) Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, products or systems according to company work instructions and customer specifications; 2) Ensures compliance to quality standards on each project or job while maintaining production goals; and 3) Follows company policy and procedure ensuring a safe, respectful workplace.\n\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\n\nPerform daily final assembly jobs all within work order instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.\nAssembly and disassembly of circuit card assemblies and chaises.\nUse basic hand tools.\nFollow production drawings and work instructions for assigned company work order.\nReplenishes supplies and components within Standard Operating Procedures.\nMaintains production records, logs, and other report forms.\nIdentify and inform Operations Team Lead of any product defects or production process issues.\nMaintain a clean, safe work environment free of FOD.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nEducation:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n\nSkills/Qualifications/Experience:\n\n1-3 years manufacturing/production assembly experience required.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations.\nExperience with schematics and blueprints.\nCurrent or previous certifications in IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-Std preferred. Certifications must be obtained after hire.\nStrong manual dexterity.\nStrong attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communications skills.\nBasic Computer Skills.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nEmployees are required to wear safety equipment consisting of: closed-toed shoes, safety glasses, heel straps, wrist straps, and electro-static discharge lab coats while on the production floor and are occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals, and minimal risk of electrical shock.\n\nProjects Unlimited is an equal opportunity employer.
