Job Description Point 2 Point INC., a FedEx Ground contractor, is hiringfull-time and part-time Non-CDL Delivery Driversto operate company-provided step vans in the Chester, VA area. This is alocal, home-daily positiondelivering packages to residential and business customers. Pay & Benefits $20 per hour starting training pay Preformance based pay after training Weekly direct deposit Paid training Company vehicle provided (Non-CDL) Uniforms provided Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance & retirement plan available after 90 days Safety-focused, supportive work environment Schedule Full-time & Part-time opportunities Typical shift:8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Days vary based on route assignment Weekend availability required No overnights – be home every night What You’ll Do Safely operate a company-provided step van Deliver packages accurately and on time along assigned routes Use GPS and scanning technology to complete deliveries Provide excellent customer service at each stop Verify deliveries and obtain proof of delivery when required Load, unload, and secure packages as needed Work independently while following all FedEx Ground safety standards Requirements Must be21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with aclean driving record Ability to lift up to150 lbsand perform physical tasks Comfortable working inall weather conditions Ability to pass: Background check Drug screening DOT physical (paid by employer)Strong attention to safety and time management Why Join Point 2 Point INC.?
