Who We AreWe are a fast-growing network of pediatric clinics, and we need a motivated person who can check the following boxes:__ Thanksgiving is your favorite holiday because you love bringing people together.__ Your favorite book is your perfectly organized address bookAbout The JobAs a recruiter you will source potential recruits and contact those candidates personally. Travel to job fairs and Universities is occasionally required. You can probably expect to not be "in the office" 50% of the time. You will review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program, interview potential candidates and hire the best prospects. The job also includes introducing new hires to the company through onboarding and orientation as well as serving as an employee advocate for all employees (including following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition to our "team" approach). The position is not just about placing people into jobs, it's about headhunting the right BCBAs and building relationships to find the perfect job for them and their skillset.
