Develops, designs, installs, and maintains new processes, tests, and/or control systems. Has critical company knowledge of processes/systems and is responsible for projects and deadlines. Acts as a lead technician in a group.\nAccountabilities & Responsibilities:\nAdheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.\nResponsible for highly complex technical projects coordinating internal and external resources/vendors to meet project requirements within designated timeframe.\nDevelops specifications and researches sources for equipment/components to meet customer requirements.\nDesigns, plans, executes and reports experiments and/or test apparatus.\nGathers, maintains, and manipulates technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.\nDesigns, recommends, assembles and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication, research and development or analysis and testing.\nProduces documentation, reports, and drawings. Writes technical reports and other required documentation.\nWrites instructions and trains personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.\nPerforms complex troubleshooting; repairs, modifies and maintains systems and/or equipment.\nAnalyzes data, evaluates systems and processes and makes decisions regarding modifications, if necessary.\nWrites technical reports and other required documentation.\nInteracts with and advises other departments.\nLeads tasks of other technicians within group.\nContributes to the development and compliance of ISO and GMP quality system.\nMentors other department technicians.\nPerforms other functions as required.\nMinimum Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum 0-3 years of experience OR Associate’s technical degree with 7-10 years of experience. High school graduate or equivalent with 10+ years of experience\nSpecialized Knowledge & Skills: Ability to read and develop technical drawings/prints. Excellent technical writing skills. Computer operation skills. Strong mechanical/electrical/technical aptitude. Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment\nLead Technician Salary: $64,500- $94,600\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
