This role involves facilitating structured instructional sessions, coaching participants through Lean A3 projects, and supporting leadership capability development to foster executive sponsorship of Lean practices.Position Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a standardized Lean Academy curriculum aligned with DC Health’s operational, clinical, and public health context.Facilitate structured Lean Academy cohorts and instructional sessions through a blended model of in-person and virtual instruction.Coach participants through applied Lean A3 projects aligned with DC Health priorities.Support leadership capability development and executive sponsorship of Lean practices.Prepare comprehensive reports, text, tabular, and graphic presentations for performance reporting.Communicate efficiently and proactively with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all training materials and documentation adhere to established requirements for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.Required Qualifications:2+ years of related experience in Program Evaluation and Project Management practices.Demonstrated knowledge of common Public Health practices including Translational Research, Community-based Participatory Practices, and Practice to Change Approaches.Knowledge of Organizational Systems and Policies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work at the DOH office located at 2201 Shannon Pl SE, Washington, DC.Desired Qualifications:Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification).Experience working within Government of the District of Columbia agencies.Advanced presentation skills using graphic and tabular data visualization tools.$110,544 - $118,440 per year
