In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them grow their digital presence and achieve their business goals through effective marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, from social media and email marketing to digital advertising and public relations. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for food & bev, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between Embark Marketing and clients, understanding their goals and developing tailored digital marketing strategies.Manage a client's digital presence across platforms including social media, reputation management, and email marketing.Collaborate closely with Content Creators to design and implement social media strategies that align with brand guidelines, current trends, and business objectives.Coordinate photoshoots, develop shot lists, and ensure content is relevant for upcoming promotions, events, and campaigns.Partner with Webmasters (in-house) to ensure all online information, including websites and POS systems, is accurate and up-to-date.Post and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring that all deliverables are timely and brand-appropriate.Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook, ensuring a positive and proactive online reputation for clients.Coordinate with Public Relations (in-house) for special events and promotions, and leverage online resources to maximize brand visibility.Run and optimize social media ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and analyze ad performance to refine strategies.Compile and share social media data and insights with clients, addressing feedback and ensuring their marketing objectives are met.Manage email marketing for select clients, including content creation, design, and distribution.Job Requirements:Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to visualize, plan, and execute marketing strategies while collaborating with Content Creators and clients.Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Google), with the ability to identify and implement trends for clients.Creative problem-solving skills to bring innovative ideas to each client’s unique marketing challenges.Strong communication and delegation skills to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail, ensuring content is delivered on-time, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.Flexibility to adapt to different brands, styles, and situations quickly.Reliable transportation required for in-person client meetings and events.Benefits & Perks:Hourly Pay $18-$20 per hourFull-Time | 40 hours per week.Hybrid work environment: In-office Monday-Thursday with Virtual Fridays.Paid Time OffHealthcare & Dental benefits401K MatchContinuing education opportunities to grow your skills.Team-building events and a pet-friendly officeWhy Join Us?At Embark Marketing, we foster an environment of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
