Use your blend of low-code, native code, product design, and project management skills to build, maintain, and continuously improve a range of Business Intelligence solutions, including Apps, Reports, Dashboards, Automations, and more. Contribute your own ideas, helping craft new products that advance our core areas of work: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nCandidates experienced with some essential functions but not all are still strongly encouraged to apply.\n\nApp Development (Low Code & Native). Lead development of the Y’s portfolio of digital products.\n\nLead simultaneous development of multiple apps used by YMCA staff and members.\n\nWork with Product Management and Marketing staff to transform mockups/wireframes into live apps.\n\nWork with Product Management staff to prioritize and address documented bugs and feature requests.\n\nTest, validate, and document app architecture and design patterns.\n\nReports and Data Analysis (Power BI). Maintain resources that help the Y make data-driven decisions.\n\nDesign and develop Power BI reports, following existing design patterns and data architectures.\n\nAdd and adjust report visuals based on feedback and your own ideas.\n\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies and data validation issues.\n\nPerform maintenance to ensure reports and dashboards are kept up-to-date and accurate.\n\nAutomation and Digital Utilities (Power Automate). Support the Y’s use of Power Automate.\n\nCreate flows and automations to support low-code apps and Power BI reports.\n\nWork with Marketing staff to implement flows and automations for email and text marketing.\n\nPartner with departments like Finance, HR, and I.T. to automate repetitive tasks.\n\nMonitor flow usage and address inefficient or broken automations.\n\nPerform updates to existing flows as needed.\n\nDigital Services. Manage other digital services that support Y staff.\n\nManage elements of Sharepoint and Microsoft Dataverse used for apps and Power BI reports.\n\nAssist with the creation of digital and electronic forms.\n\nSupport the administration of other assigned apps and services.\n\nProduct Design.
