This role serves as a primary point of contact for publishers, building trusted relationships while delivering strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations that unlock monetization opportunities and maximize long-term value.The Account Manager, Publisher Client Services plays a critical role in translating publisher objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring seamless execution from onboarding through optimization and growth. Working cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Product, and Supply teams, this individual helps ensure integrations run smoothly, performance goals are met, and marketplace quality remains strong. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to directly impact revenue and publisher satisfaction through thoughtful account stewardship and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day management of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retentionUnderstand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendationsMonitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with Technical Operations and Product to resolve issues and improve performanceSupport onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account healthContribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvementsParticipate in QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clientsEducation & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account managementUnderstanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystemStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication, organization, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUS Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees.
