Brand Coordinator, Toy
The Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Toy Team by coordinating marketing initiatives and assisting with administrative details. This position will work closely with Toy Team members to ensure that projects are executed efficiently to contribute to the overall growth of the business.Essential Job FunctionsOwnership of strategic projects, including but not limited to:Support of Annual Marketing PlanSupport Relationship management.Support Media strategy and procurement.Assist Development of media/marketing assets (i.e. TV commercials, ad banners, etc.)Support Website and social media strategic development and maintenance.Support Brand specific promotions (trade/consumer)Support Public relations and publicity efforts.Support Consumer event organization.Support Sales, Retail & Operations InitiativesSupport Creation and presentation of line reviews, toy fairs, etc.Support Ideate and execute retail programs to drive business.Ensure data integrity within internal systems and external retailer systems.Support Sales Product ExecutionAsset management by procuring product and package images and organizing them for sales usage.Coordinates samples shipments to ensure product availability for key accounts, advertising shoots, PR events, etc.Internal & External communicationSupport And Manage Licensor RelationshipSupport licensor relationship with regular communication and reporting.Maintain consistent IP integrity throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.Support Direct to Consumer Project (e-commerce Project and Event Project)Create milestone calendar for e-commerce product pre-sale, launch and marketing activities.Create milestones for B2B or B2C event schedule and work with marketing agency to keep events on track.Support to track the budget and spending and report back to the team.Support to communicate and update the status to the appropriate member in timely manner.Other MarketingTravels as needed to sales meetings, promotional events, trade shows, etc.Updates Image Photo Library as needed.Maintains appearance and organization of marketing showroom and storage areas.Communicate with operation team/accounting team to make sure the payment flow is met in corporate guideline.Core SkillsREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESAccuracy –Works with minimal/acceptable error rate; seeks help for problems; pays attention to detail; follows established work procedures; alerts others when preventable problems arise.Reliability –Consistently dependable in meeting work expectations; good work output; keeps commitments.
