Job Description Pendolino is the new restaurant from chef-owner Kevin Maxey, opened in the Spring of 2024 in the Chastain Park area of Atlanta. Rooted in the flavors of Rome and inspired by Italian traditions, our menu is also deeply connected to the American South. We highlight seasonal produce and responsibly sourced meats from Southeastern farmers and ranchers. Dishes are simple, healthful, and full of character—crafted in an open kitchen and finished in a wood-burning oven. We love natural wines, timeless cocktails, and heartfelt hospitality.Who You Are:You are warm, reliable, and hospitality-driven.
