Builds on foundational skills from Level I, contributing advanced knowledge in Cut Sheet operations and enhanced troubleshooting.\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nMeet all Level I duties and standards.\nTroubleshoot TOF mark and make real-time press adjustments.\nAdjust inline perforation wheel distance and depth.\nFine-tune slitter wheels for size-specific needs; replace blades as required.\nTroubleshoot vacuum and evacuation systems.\nSupport Cut Sheet operations when needed.\nQualifications & Requirements\n\nPreferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure\nMinimum of 1 year experience as a Digital Press Operator I\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred\nAbility to lift up to 70 pounds safely\nForklift/rider certification\nAll Level I KSAs plus:\nIntermediate troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities\nAbility to operate Cut Sheet area equipment\nAdvanced knowledge of perforation and slitter units\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs)\nPerform all work and activities with honesty and integrity.\nTake personal responsibility for productivity, quality, and timeliness of work.\nEffectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely, and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner.\nChallenge conventional practices and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization.\nSupport and meet company/department goals and core values.\nCollaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals.\nWorking Conditions\n\nMust be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb. In addition requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds.
