Join our team — we have this exciting opportunity available now!\n\nJob Description\n\nAssociate Machine Operator 2nd shift\n\nThis shift requires availability Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, along with excellent punctuality and attendance.\n\nThe primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. May be involved in the basic set-up, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and/or perform finish operations.\n\nKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities\n\nAdheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.\nOperates machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.\nMay be involved in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment.\nLoads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.\nReads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.\nInspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.\nFollows established documentation for product manufacturing.\nCleans and maintains machinery as necessary.\nPerforms other functions as required.\n\nPay Rate: $18hr\n\nOther Job Requirements\n\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.\nMinimum Experience: 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.\nSpecialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.\nSpecial Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.\nOther: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.\n\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
