This is a full-time, on-site role located at our West Chester, PA office. You will collaborate closely with developers both on-site and offshore, contributing daily to a dynamic and team-oriented engineering environment. Your work will directly impact the evolution of our platform and ensure alignment with complex financial and trading requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with senior developers and system architects to design and implement scalable solutions\nDevelop, test, and deploy high-quality web and mobile applications\nEnsure technical solutions meet both user and business needs\nDocument code thoroughly and maintain clear and concise technical records\nUtilize modern technologies including React, React Native, NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript\nStay current with emerging trends in fintech and software development\nPromote teamwork, effective communication, and strong coordination across all project teams\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\nMinimum of 6 years of software development experience with a focus on web and mobile platforms\nLanguages & Frameworks: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, NestJS.
