Lead or participate in investigations of significant incidents. Analyze company-wide incident data, performance metrics, and trends to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and provide input on lost-time injuries and Workers' Compensation claims.\nManage Corporate EHS Audits, Inspections, and Management Systems (ISO 14001/45001): Develop, implement, and manage a corporate internal EHS audit program to assess the effectiveness of EHS programs and compliance at all locations. Oversee and participate in internal and external EHS audits (including regulatory and insurance audits), ensuring findings are addressed. Lead the corporate Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), ensuring its adequacy and effectiveness, and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 across applicable sites, potentially serving as the corporate management representative for these standards.
