The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating a CAT 992 Loader to transport materials and load rail cars, ensuring the efficient and safe loading of raw materials and finished products. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for heavy equipment operation and a commitment to safety, we invite you to apply.\nOperate a CAT 992 Loader to move and unload materials such as raw materials into Haul Trucks.\nMaintain stockpiles and ensure materials are organized and accessible for loading operations.\nConduct pre-operational checks on the loader to ensure it is in proper working condition.\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate loading activities.\nAssist with general maintenance and cleaning of the loader and other equipment as needed.\nMonitor material inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures, including environmental and safety regulations.\n\nWhat we seek:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a CAT 992 Loader.\nStrong understanding of loader operations and maintenance.\nAbility to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Company-Paid Short-Term Disability and Basic Life, Voluntary Life and LTD, Employer 401k Match and paid time off.\n\nWorking Environment:\nPerforms jobs under varying conditions (dust, oil, grease, hot and humid temperatures, fumes, noise, etc.)\nAbility to lift 50lbs, Floor to waist, Waist to shoulder.
