We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, Scan to BIM, and other BIM production services for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.\r\nThe Role We are looking for a Program Driver / Lead Coach to lead and operate our Technical Learning Paths. This person will be the main owner of the program, responsible for structuring the learning journey, coordinating technical experts and trade coaches, managing the weekly rhythm, and making sure trainees receive a clear, practical, and consistent training experience.\r\nCore Responsibilities\r\nConvert raw technical content into a structured learning journey.\r\nKeep training content organized in current tools, such as SharePoint.\r\nOwn the weekly operating rhythm of the program, including cadence, cohorts, check-ins, and follow-ups.\r\nDeliver training and coach trainees on general topics.\r\nCoordinate MEP Trade Coaches and Specialty Mentors during the technical track.\r\nCoordinate SME and expert participation when needed.\r\nKeep the curriculum updated according to current workflows, software, tools, and process changes.\r\nSupport the program setup in the Learning Management System, such as Deel, Engage, or similar platforms.\r\nMandatory Requirements\r\n5+ years of experience in VDC/BIM.\r\nStrong understanding of Revit, Navisworks, coordination workflows, and multi-trade collaboration.\r\nStrong facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills.\r\nFluent English.\r\nAbility to structure content into a clear curriculum or learning path.\r\nStrong organization and communication skills.\r\nAbility to coordinate experts, coaches, and trainees.\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience building apprenticeships, internal academies, bootcamps, or technical training programs.\r\nExperience coordinating SMEs, mentors, or technical experts.\r\nExperience with Learning Management Systems.\r\nExperience creating curricula, learning paths, training guides, or onboarding programs.\r\nCompany Culture and Values At ENG, our culture is built around Candor, Accountability, and Win-Win Mentality.
