This position requires a Secret clearance to be able to start work. US or Naturalized Citizenship are a requirement for eligibility.\n\nThe responsibilities for this Lead Full Stack Developer will include:\n\nDefining and implementing software architecture and design patterns that meet business needs and technical requirements.\nEvaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.\nWriting high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Leading by example, ensuring that code reviews and quality assurance practices are adhered to.\nIdentifying and resolving complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.\nOptimizing software for performance, scalability, and security.\nWill work closely with the project manager, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.\nIdentifies potential risks and issues related to software development and implements mitigation strategies.
