Join us to help make an impact.\r\nYour Opportunity\r\nThe Sr Content Process Manager is part of a team responsible for overseeing and managing all elements of the ETL operation, which acquires, stores, processes, enriches, and loads content into EIS products and services. As an individual contributor, you will make decisions that improve the overall health, value, and return on investment of the Content Integration operation. You will own, drive, and develop project roadmaps connected to strategic goals, coordinating with your team and other departments.\r\nThis remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\n\r\n\r\nInspecting and overseeing contentpipelinesandvendoroperations, both automated and manual, to identify inefficiencies and measure value created, andoptimizecosts.\r\n\r\n\r\nProposing, planning, measuring, andproject managing large- and small-scaleinitiatives.\r\n\r\n\r\nTracking and managing content and operational data quality/accuracy, including data describing activity within the operation.\r\n\r\n\r\nAnalyzing, tracking, and adjusting resource usage;forecasting, and planningavailable and needed resourcesand costs.\r\n\r\n\r\nResearchingconcepts, techniques, and tools relevant to ETLoperationsand data management (bringing knowledge from \"outside the building\").\r\n\r\n\r\nInnovatingand prototyping new operational models, tools, andmethods toincrease value delivered or improve cost/value efficiency.\r\n\r\n\r\nImprovingcustomer outcomesandthe overall value of for-sale products and services supported by Content processes;championingand modeling excellence in operationaloversight and management.\r\n\r\n\r\nYour Team\r\nYou will be joining the Content Integration team.
