About RTFNetwork Redefining the Future Network, Inc. (RTFNetwork) is a community-based behavioral health organization providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to underserved individuals and families in the Baltimore region. Our services include Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), Medication Management, and expanding Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programming. Position Overview RTFNetwork is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PRN) to support our OMHC program through psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision. This role includes supervision of Psychology Associates and collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure high-quality, compliant, and ethical care. This PRN position is ideal for an experienced psychologist seeking flexible scheduling while contributing to clinical excellence and workforce development. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and testing as applicable Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with the DSM-5-TR Develop and review treatment plans aligned with medical necessity and client-centered goals Provide clinical supervision to Psychology Associates in accordance with Maryland regulations and organizational policy Review and co-sign clinical documentation completed by supervised staff, as required Participate in case consultations, treatment team meetings, and clinical staffing Collaborate with PMHNPs, LCSWs, LCPCs, PRP staff, and leadership Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EHR (TheraNest/Blueprint) Maintain compliance with COMAR, Medicaid, and OMHC requirements Adhere to ethical standards consistent with the APA Ethics Code Qualifications Required Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program Active Maryland Psychologist license in good standing Eligibility and willingness to supervise Psychology Associates Experience with psychological assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy Strong documentation, organizational, and clinical judgment skills Preferred Experience supervising postdoctoral or provisionally licensed clinicians Familiarity with Medicaid and OMHC services Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities Experience with EHR systems and outcomes-based assessment tools Position Details Status: PRN / As Needed Schedule: Flexible Setting: Hybrid (telehealth and on-site as required) Compensation: Competitive PRN rates based on experience and scope of supervision What We Offer Flexible PRN scheduling Administrative and billing support Collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment Opportunity to mentor and support early-career psychologists Meaningful community impact
