Recruitment Manager & Brand Ambassador

Work Style: Hybrid (Office + Field)
Role Focus: Caregiver recruitment performance, retention, and community brand presence
Role Purpose
The Recruitment Manager is accountable for building and sustaining a high-performing caregiver workforce that supports business growth, client satisfaction, and referral partner confidence. This role owns caregiver recruitment and retention outcomes while serving as a visible brand ambassador in the community, supporting the Business Development Director and reinforcing trust in our ability to staff cases quickly and reliably.
Primary Accountabilities
Maintain a ready, high-quality caregiver bench aligned with census demands and growth goals
Achieve defined caregiver hiring targets and time-to-hire benchmarks
Improve 30 / 60 / 90-day caregiver retention and reduce overall turnover
Ensure consistent community and referral-source presence that reinforces staffing reliability and brand trust
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly caregiver hires vs. target
Time-to-hire (application to cleared caregiver)
Caregiver readiness rate and availability
30 / 60 / 90-day retention rates
Number of field visits and referral-source touchpoints
Core Responsibilities
Caregiver Recruitment & Workforce Readiness
Lead full-cycle caregiver recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Maintain an active and qualified caregiver pipeline
Ensure caregivers are fully cleared, prepared, and available to staff cases
Reinforce professionalism, accountability, and cultural expectations
Caregiver Engagement & Retention
Serve as a caregiver advocate and workforce leader
Conduct structured touchpoints to support engagement and retention
Identify early signs of disengagement and intervene proactively
Community Outreach & Talent Development
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (nursing schools, CNA programs, job fairs, community events)
Build long-term caregiver pipelines through community and educational partnerships
Brand Ambassador & Business Development Support
Support the Business Development Director through consistent in-field presence
Visit referral sources to reinforce staffing strength, caregiver quality, and reliability
Strengthen referral partner confidence in our ability to staff cases efficiently and consistently
Qualifications & Attributes
Experience in caregiver recruitment, healthcare staffing, or workforce leadership
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
High energy, organized, and proactive approach
Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
Ability to work effectively in both office and field settings
Reliable transportation and availability for local travel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
