The apprenticeship program combines on-the-job training with classroom learning, with a maximum duration of two years.\nWhat you will do:\nEngage in classroom assignments and on-the-job training during designated time periods.\nOperate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including Brooms, Rollers, Skidsteers, and Shuttle Buggies.\nPerform various tasks related to traffic control, asphalt raking, and general labor.\nPhysical Demands:\nStand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and crouching as necessary.\nOccasionally work with hands raised overhead while operating power tools or hand tools for cleaning purposes.\nLift objects weighing at least 50 pounds individually and up to 90 pounds with assistance.\nPossess manual dexterity to operate a wheelbarrow and use hand tools like shovels, rakes, and pickaxes.
