Modifies plans and identifies solutions to overcome obstacles.\nAnalytical Thinking – Applies systematic reasoning; resolves discrepancies and inconsistencies. Uses Rood Cause Analysis to diagnose issues. Employs logical, systematic sequential techniques and weighs the costs, benefits, and risks of decisions.\nResults-Oriented – Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency about solving. Conducts diagnostic information gathering and initiates the appropriate follow-up.\nProfessionalism – Responsible, dependable, and a trustworthy partner. Demonstrates commitment to others through ongoing communication, accountability and follow through.\nSuccessful Hires Share These Experiences:\nAn Associate’s degree is required.
