As the Glaze Line Operator, we need someone to operate the glaze line and inspect tile to produce the ceramic tile manufacturing process.\n\nSchedule:\nWednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM.\nThursday–Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.\n\nPrimary Objective:\nOperates the glaze line and inspects tile.\n\nMajor Function and Scope:\nMonitors glaze line equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.\nInspects tile for quality defects in the manufacturing process.\nPerforms hourly quality control checks to ensure tile is within specifications.\nOperates powered industrial trucks to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines.\nFollows operating procedures.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nExperience and Knowledge Required:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent experience.\nManufacturing/production experience preferred.\n\nCompetencies:\nGood oral and written communications skills.\nGood record keeping skills.
