You’ll take on complex work, use cutting-edge equipment, and be part of a team that respects skill.What You’ll DoPerform advanced CNC milling and turning setup Inspect and verify parts to strict quality standards Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications Troubleshoot machining and process issues Collaborate with Engineering and Management to produce stable, repeatable processes Work with titanium, molybdenum, stainless steel alloys and other difficult alloys Edit setup sheets and recommend process improvements Perform tooling and process research Document job activity, time, and nonconformance in our ERP system Partner with Process Engineering on new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement What You Bring7+ years of advanced machining experience Strong CNC setup expertise - multi-axis preferred Tooling, feeds & speeds, workholding and material behavior experience Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specs Excellent measurement skills, including tight tolerancesStrong communication skills and team collaboration Deep understanding of best machining/manufacturing practices A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on quality Safety conscience with all aspects of the shopCompensation$30 – $40/hour Sign-on bonus available Why Means Engineering?Medical, dental, vision + supplemental plans 401(k) PTO + paid year-end shutdown Clean, organized and temperature controlled shop Advanced equipment (2-5-axis machines) Stable, long-term employment with consistent hoursCollaborative, skilled team environment Equal Opportunity EmployerWe’re committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Powered by JazzHRhjThG4jrIH
