Center is closed)\nGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) starts accruing from day 1 and is available for use after 90 days\nMEDICAL, DENTAL, and VISION Insurance available after 30 days\n401(k) with company match and profit sharing after 6 months\nEmployer paid Term Life and AD&D Coverage and Long-Term Disability after 6 months\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork safely in an industrial warehouse environment\nOperate equipment as trained in a safe manner (ex: order picker, pallet riders)\nInteract professionally with leadership and co-workers in accordance with company core values\nPerform various functions in other departments around the building as business dictates\nPerform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy\nPerform daily housekeeping tasks\nPerform tasks as trained and as efficiently as possible to meet production expectations\nBe present for all scheduled work shifts without a track record of calling out from work\nPerform other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as needed\nOther duties as assigned by management\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school diploma/GED\nHighly motivated individuals with positive and professional attitudes that can work independently\nExperience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, Pallet Runners)\nHigh level of work ethic and attendance record\nAbility to apply common sense to daily situations\nAbility to use technology\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time throughout the whole shift\nAbility to speak and hear in order to communicate with others and work safely in the warehouse\nAbility to perform repetitive motion\nAbility to perform heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy items repetitively all shift\nVisual acuity to perform tasks such as reading paperwork and operating equipment safely\nAbility to work in conditions such as high heat and/or humidity and colder winter temperatures\nAbility to go up to 50 feet in the air\nOTHER DUTIES:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
