The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in designing and executing complex multistep syntheses and a strong interest in developing new chemical methods or applying synthesis to interdisciplinary research problems. Candidates should be able to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative research environment. The successful applicant will possess strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret experimental results and adapt research strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and organizational skills are expected, as the position involves preparing manuscripts, presenting research findings, and mentoring graduate and undergraduate researchers. We are particularly interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about tackling challenging problems, contributing to innovative research directions, and actively participating in a dynamic academic laboratory environment.
