Workforce Case Manager

We are seeking a Workforce Case Manager with strong data management skills and hands-on experience using the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance standards, and support clients through structured case planning and employment services.Perform thorough intake and eligibility assessments while accurately entering and updating all client information in CWDSMaintain complete, timely, and compliant case files, ensuring all required documentation, case notes, and service entries are recorded in CWDSDevelop individualized employment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clientsTrack client progress, outcomes, and service activities using CWDS reporting toolsProvide ongoing support, coaching, and referrals to training programs, education partners, and community resourcesCoordinate with employers, training providers, and partner agencies to support job placement and retentionReview data regularly to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain compliance with program and funder requirementsStay informed about workforce programs, labor market trends, and available resources to better assist clientsRequirements Experience with the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) is requiredStrong data entry accuracy, documentation skills, and familiarity with compliance-driven environmentsBachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, workforce development, or a related field preferredPrior experience in case management, workforce development, or employment servicesAbility to develop and maintain structured case plans and track progress toward goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamSalary Description
