As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best network solutions to support their operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement network solutions for clients, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks\nMonitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise\nProvide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and clients\nConduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements to optimize performance and security\nCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT systems\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve our services\nDevelop and maintain network documentation and diagrams for clients\nManage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls\nParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a (MSP) managed service provider environment\nStrong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP\nExperience with network design and implementation, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks\nKnowledge of network security principles and best practices\nExperience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nIndustry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus\nWorking Conditions:\nThis is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours work may be required for network maintenance and support.
