They are seeking a long-term addition to the team who can serve as a trusted administrative and operational partner while helping maintain a high standard of professionalism across the office.Job Description:The Office Administrator will serve in a multifaceted role supporting senior leadership, office operations, finance administration, and event coordination. This individual will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day business functions run efficiently while also supporting high-level meetings, travel coordination, special projects, and large-scale company events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating within a professional services environment supporting executives and internal teams alike.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level calendar management and scheduling support for senior leadership, including coordination with external stakeholders and executive officesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and schedule managementPrepare and process expense reports and provide administrative support for special projects and operational initiativesAssist with bookkeeping functions including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposits, and reconciliation supportMaintain vendor agreements, renewal schedules, and payment tracking to ensure deadlines are metSupport office operations by managing supplies, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and communication with building managementHelp facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with internal operations and technology partnersMaintain organization of shared administrative systems, calendars, documentation, and office resourcesCoordinate internal meetings, staff communications, and team activities to support a collaborative office cultureAssist in planning and executing company events including client gatherings, team outings, dinners, fundraisers, and large annual eventsManage event logistics including vendor coordination, guest tracking, timelines, seating coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-upCreate and maintain operational documentation, templates, checklists, and administrative procedures to improve efficiency and consistencyQualifications:10+ years of administrative, office management, and executive support experience within a professional services environment requiredPrevious experience supporting senior executives and managing complex scheduling and travel coordinationMust have experience directly supervising at least one administrative employeeStrong background in office operations, bookkeeping, invoicing, expense management, and vendor coordinationHands-on experience planning and supporting corporate events ranging from internal meetings to large-scale functionsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approachBachelors degree preferred; equivalent professional experience consideredPerks:Opportunity to join a highly visible and well-connected professional services organizationBeautiful office environment in a premier DC locationCollaborative and polished team cultureExposure to executive leadership and high-profile eventsLong-term growth potential within a stable organizationDiverse responsibilities offering both strategic and hands-on involvement across operations and eventsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
