Job Summary We are seeking a fast paced and detail oriented Staffing Recruiter to support immediate and high-volume hiring needs. This role focuses on quickly sourcing, screening, and placing candidates to fill urgent staffing gaps while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate and expedite the hiring process for urgent staffing needsMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for rapid deploymentCommunicate effectively with hiring managers to understand short-term staffing requirementsSchedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring processEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate qualityAssist with onboarding processes for quick-start hiresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (high-volume recruiting preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and shifting prioritiesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
