Come see why we smile and laugh throughout our work day and why we LOVE what we do!\n\nAbout the role\nA Program Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and quality of the program. They provide oversight and supervision of Coordinators/Lead Staff and employees/contractors that provide support to persons with disabilities. They will be accountable to the local and state entities in assuring that program requirements are met. They will assure that each person receives the services identified by the persons team.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nEssential Job Duties\nOffers the opportunity for persons served, families, and stake holders to provide feedback.\nParticipates in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and on the job training (OJT) of employees.\nAssures the development and implementation of Individual Service and Support Plan (ISSP) for each\nindividual according to the IP (Individualized Plan) within specified timelines.\nProvide scheduling, supervision, and guidance to employees, contractors, and volunteers working with\npeople with disabilities.\nAssure compliance with State, Contractor, and Company standards.\nMonitor completion of all paperwork requirements (billing, safety inspections, etc.) and program sites to ensure quality service provision.\nMaintain contact with Contractors, Families, and Involved Parties to ensure cooperative working relationships for persons served.\nParticipate in meetings regarding persons served.\nEstablish the departmental budget requirements.\nEstablish and lead department team meetings.\nMonitor staff’s work with assigned individuals according to weekly schedule.\nAssure that staff teach/role model the skills each person needs support with according to their IP.\nMonitor the development of connections/relationships in persons served local community.\nEstablish system to track documentation of daily contact notes, ISSP (Individualized Support & Service Plan) Data Tracking Log/s, incident reports, and completion of any other assessments or paperwork for the person.\nMust be able to complete the duties of a residential support staff and support specialist.\nNotify your supervisor of any problems or concerns regarding the person.\nAttend all required trainings and meetings to increase knowledge of programs and people served.\n\nOther Duties\nAttend team meetings as needed for the person.\nCoordinate transportation or training of public transportation for persons to be able to access his/her community.\nMaintain communication between the person, family members, and funding source.\nFollow the company’s three guiding principles: Team Work, Communication, & Respect.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nEducation or experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in business, social services, or other human service field of study.\nExperience working with people with disabilities, children, or elderly persons.\nA criminal background check must be completed and meet state regulations.\nA copy of driver’s license and car insurance is required (only in special circumstance will a person not be required to have these documents).\nThree positive references; at least two from previous employers.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nBenefits\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\n401K","company":"Community Intersections Denver","rawCompany":"community intersections denver","city":"Aurora","state":"CO","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-04-12T21:23:40.943Z","occupations":[{"code":"11-9151.00","title":"Social and Community Service Managers","slug":"social-and-community-service-managers"},{"code":"13-1082.00","title":"Project Management Specialists","slug":"project-management-specialists"},{"code":"21-1093.00","title":"Social and Human Service Assistants","slug":"social-and-human-service-assistants"}],"industries":[{"code":"624190","title":"Other Individual and Family Services","slug":"other-individual-and-family-services"},{"code":"624120","title":"Services for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities","slug":"services-for-the-elderly-and-persons-with-disabilities"},{"code":"623210","title":"Residential Intellectual and Developmental Disability Facilities","slug":"residential-intellectual-and-developmental-disability-facilities"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Program Manager (Day Program)","description":"About Support Management\nOur organization takes pride in bridging people with new and meaningful opportunities.
