The HR Specialist plays a critical role in supporting high-volume recruiting and HR operations for a fast-growing bakery caf organization. This position partners closely with leadership to attract top talent, manage full-cycle hiring, and support smooth HR operations while maintaining a positive candidate and employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for support office and operational roles across multiple departments Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Extend job offers and support pre-employment onboarding Maintain applicant tracking system and HR records accurately Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire) Assist with day-to-day HR inquiries, audits, reporting, and process improvements Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and hiring best practices Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Qualifications13 years of HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience (hospitality or retail preferred) Experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Harri experience a plus) Ability to manage multiple openings while maintaining attention to detail High emotional intelligence, teamwork orientation, and a people-first mindset Passion for connecting people to roles where they can succeed Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $65,000 Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Birthday cake perk High-performance, supportive culture
