This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of learning content, coordinating training logistics, managing learning management system (LMS) functions, and supporting employees' professional growth.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning and development. They should have an interest in instructional design, adult learning theories, and corporate training best practices. This role provides a pathway to becoming an Instructional Designer within the organization.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nTraining Coordination & Support\r\nCoordinate training schedules, track attendance, and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.\r\nManage and maintain training records, reports, and LMS data.\r\nEnsure correct enrollments in LMS and complete reports\r\nContent Development & Instructional Support\r\nCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine and update training content.\r\nSupport the creation and curation of instructional materials, including eLearning modules, presentations, and job aids.\r\nAssist in developing scalable learning solutions and blended learning experiences.\r\nManage company branding for consistency across the organization.\r\nLeverage video editing software to update and maintain course content.\r\nFacilitation & Employee Engagement\r\nGather feedback and assess training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.\r\nLearning Needs Analysis & Development Planning\r\nConduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.\r\nCertification & Growth Path\r\nDevelop expertise in L&D best practices, working toward a CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) or SHRM L&D certification.\r\nGain foundational knowledge in instructional design, learning experience design (LXD), and performance consulting.\r\nQualifications:\r\nStrong organization and project management skills.\r\nExperience with video editing preferred.\r\nInterest in instructional design and facilitation techniques.\r\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools is a plus.\r\nAbility to engage with employees at all levels and foster a culture of continuous learning.\r\nStrong understanding of adult learning theories and employee development.\r\nFamiliarity with AI tools (copilot).\r\nExperience in supporting call centers and corporate teams is strongly preferred.\r\nSuperior knowledge of MS Office, learning platforms (Workday experience a plus), and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.\r\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills and critical-thinking ability.\r\nProactive worker detail/results-oriented.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nEffective communicator with employees at all levels.\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\nBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Related Field.\r\n1-3 years of experience working as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
