Warehouse Line Operator

Job Description Position Overview3R Technology California is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Line Operator to join our growing e-waste recycling operation. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their production line, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running efficiently and safely. E-waste or recycling experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with strong mechanical ability, warehouse experience, and a solid work ethic. ScheduleFull-time positionRotating weekend schedule required based on operational needs ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor recycling production line equipment and machineryMaintain responsibility for assigned production line and daily outputTroubleshoot minor equipment and operational issues independentlyPerform basic maintenance, cleaning, and line adjustments as neededSafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentLoad, unload, sort, and process electronic recycling materialsFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirementsMaintain clean and organized work areasCommunicate operational issues or maintenance concerns to managementMeet production and operational goals efficiently and safely QualificationsPrevious experience operating a production line, warehouse equipment, or industrial machinery requiredForklift experience requiredMechanically inclined and maintenance savvyAble to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attendance, accountability, and reliabilityAbility to lift, push, and pull materials in a warehouse environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced industrial settingHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not requiredE-waste, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a dynamic individual who takes initiative, works hard, solves problems, and takes pride in their work.
