Deli Manager
We are hiring a Deli Department Manager to lead daily operations with hands-on support and training from our Bakery/Deli Assistant Director.
This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day deli operations and working alongside the team to ensure efficient production, food safety, and a clean, organized department.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ordering, inventory control, and stock management
Production oversight, including mixing, frying, and packaging
Team scheduling and daily task coordination
Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Completing required department paperwork and reports
Assisting with additional operational tasks as needed to support the department
Requirements:
Ability to work full-time with a flexible retail schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Previous deli, kitchen, or retail leadership experience preferred
Strong reliability, accountability, and communication skills
