Employs excellent organizational skills and takes initiative to perform diverse duties and functions that require confidentiality/discretion, attention to detail and prioritization. Communicates and interfaces with others with efficiency and professionalism. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others.\n\nPrimary Duties and Accountabilities\nSchedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences, while prioritizing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.\nPrepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, supporting special projects and initiatives.\nOversee budget management, including monitoring expenses and processing invoices.\nOrganize and facilitate events, such as staff meetings, retreats, and workshops.\nReviews timesheets and payroll reports, and enters data into the payroll system.\nProvides administrative support to other business units as needed.\nSupports, facilitates, and promotes coordination and collaboration across functional teams.\nEnsure the confidentiality and security of information and data, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.\nAnticipate and resolve any issues or problems that may arise for the executive.\nEnsure compliance with company policies related to expense reporting and approval process, submit expenses on behalf of the executive.
