Senior Accountant - SEC Financial Reporting
A Day in the Life:Hertz's External Financial Reporting team is responsible for completion and filing of all periodic and annual reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (10-Q's/10-K's). This team is also involved in preparation and validation of other ad hoc reports such as 8-K's, offering memorandums, and registration statements.
