This role owns delivery outcomes from post-sales transition through discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and transition into steady-state operations.\nThe Implementation Manager serves as the delivery lead throughout implementation and acts as the primary implementation contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role partners closely with Solutions Delivery, Business Systems Analysts, Solution Design, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment to platform standards and implementation best practices.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong implementation leadership, strategic thinking, project execution capabilities, and customer engagement skills with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and workforce technology solutions.\nDay to day you will:\nOwn the successful execution of client implementations, ensuring delivery aligns to scope, timeline, quality expectations, and client objectives.\nDrive all implementation phases from post-sales transition through successful production deployment and stabilization.\nEstablish implementation strategies tailored to client requirements while maintaining alignment with standard platform capabilities and implementation methodologies.\nOwn implementation outcomes including:\nOn-time delivery\nScope adherence\nBudget alignment\nAdoption readiness\nLead implementation strategy and facilitate discovery activities in partnership with Solution Delivery teams.\nEnsure business requirements are documented, validated, and aligned with both client objectives and scalable platform standards.\nDrive requirements prioritization and facilitate decision-making when competing priorities exist.\nCollaborate with Solution Design, Configuration, and Technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client business requirements\nOwn and maintain key project documentation including:\no Project plans\no Statements of Work (SOW)\no RACSI documentation\no Status reports\no RAID logs\no Change requests\no Deployment plans\no Go-live readiness documentation\no Hypercare plans\nEscalate critical risks, dependencies, and decisions through established governance processes.\nIt would be amazing if you have:\nRequired Qualifications\n5 or more years of experience implementing VMS, MSP, workforce management, HCM, or related SaaS solutions.\n3 or more years leading large-scale implementation projects or programs.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex implementation lifecycles.\nExperience managing executive client relationships and facilitating strategic discussions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with contingent workforce technologies, VMS, MSP, Direct Sourcing, or Services Procurement solutions.\nExperience with Salesforce-based platforms.\nExperience leading global or multi-country implementations.\nPMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.\nSkills\nStrong leadership and relationship management skills.\nExceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation skills.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to influence and lead matrixed teams without direct authority.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nThe Company:\nFlextrack is a cloud-based VMS designed to optimize and integrate the modern workforce.
