You will operate across architecture and delivery, taking ownership of systems while also guiding teams and driving technical direction.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nDesign and build end-to-end applications across frontend and backend.\nDefine system architecture, APIs, and data models for scalable products.\nLead technical discovery by understanding systems, constraints, and opportunities.\nGuide engineering decisions and support other engineers through design and code reviews.\nPartner with product and design to shape solutions from idea to implementation.\nWrite and review code with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.\nCommunicate clearly with stakeholders on approach, progress, and risks.\nDrive delivery while helping maintain a high technical bar across the team.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10+ years building production-grade applications with real-world complexity.\nExperience operating as a technical lead or owning significant parts of a system.\nStrong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript, React including Next.js, and Node.js.\nExperience building full-stack applications across frontend and service layers using modern TypeScript frameworks such as React, React Native, or NestJS.\nExperience designing and building APIs using REST and GraphQL.\nStrong experience working with databases and data modeling across systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or DynamoDB.\nStrong understanding of system design, application architecture, and scalable system patterns.\nHands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nExperience with deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure practices such as Terraform or similar.\nAbility to clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience producing clear architecture documentation and guiding implementation.\nStrong ownership with the ability to drive problems end-to-end.\nNice to Have\nExperience operating as a technical lead or owning end-to-end systems\nExperience building AI-enabled product features or integrating ML systems\nExperience working in client-facing roles or multi-project environments\n\nAble is powered by curious, thoughtful people who care about what they build and how they build it. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a requirement.
