You will work within a team dedicated to reducing customer effort and empowering clients to take actionable insights from their private markets data.\r\nThe Problems You'll Solve\r\nAs a Data Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of quarterly data extraction and client reporting. Your primary objective is to ensure that extracted data is high-quality, timely, and actionable for our customers.\r\nYour Core Responsibilities Will Include\r\nQuarterly Data Extraction: Manage the extraction of private markets data from accounting documents and performance reports.\r\nQuality & Timeliness: Ensure all data is extracted in a timely manner and meets our high standards for data quality.\r\nCustomer Support: Provide timely and accurate front-line support for all customers that your segment services.\r\nActive Engagement: Proactively follow up with clients during each quarterly data campaign, providing clear tracking of what data is complete and ready for client review.\r\nReal-time Interaction: Engage with clients in real-time via phone or Zoom to resolve issues and guide them through their data.\r\nProcess Improvement: Keep detailed documentation of client interactions to identify trends and drive operational and process improvements for the data ops team and the product teams.\r\nProject Management: Treat every data campaign as a project, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress and milestones.\r\nSubject Matter Expertise: Become an expert in private markets data, including financial metrics and KPIs.\r\nAbout You\r\nCommunication: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate technical and complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.\r\nAnalytical Skills: Knowledge of financial statements and common financial concepts with a strong sense of curiosity to solve problems.\r\nOrganization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple active projects with competing priorities.\r\nClient Service: Care deeply and genuinely about client services; you exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.\r\nAdaptability: Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms quickly in a fast-paced environment.\r\nDisclosures\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a positive interview experience for every candidate.
