This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date of August 1st, 2026.\n\nJob Title: Training Analytics Developer - Mid\nLCAT: Business Analyst – Level 3\nLocation: Springfield, VA\nOperating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday\nSecurity Clearance: TS/SCI w/ eligibility for a CI Poly\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSalary Range: $95,000-110,000\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop, implement, and maintain a robust, easily accessible, user friendly, metrics and reporting system on every domain, drawing from the wealth of data collected through GPC Assessments.\nThe program should target all levels of leadership, internal and external, pushing standard reports as well as allowing interactive analysis to support ad hoc queries to support well informed decision making.\nThe system should use appropriate visualization tools that are intuitive and accessible to the user on any domain.\nIdentify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.\nProvide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.\nRepresent the GPC Program on technical teams or consortiums.\n\nQualifications:\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with MS Office, data mining, ability to develop and manipulate, and maintain databases.\nDemonstrated experience using COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.), COTS desktop software (MS Office and Access), and the Windows operating environment.\nDemonstrated experience with software packages used for advanced statistical analysis of operational data and tools for data visualization (Tableau).\nAbility to develop mathematical algorithms and applications in response to complex requirements.\nAbility to identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.\nAbility to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.\nAbility to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums\nDemonstrates good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member\n\nDesired Skills:\n\nExperience working with/on certification programs and policy development\n\nAbout Pherson: Pherson was founded in response to requests for analytic, instructional, and management support from the Intelligence Community.
