Brand Ambassador - Contracted Role as Needed $35/hour

SPHEREX is recruiting enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products in the cannabis dispensary environment. You will work closely with our sales and marketing departments to communicate the value of our products to customers, track customer feedback, and represent the brand at launches and in-store events. We need people who have excellent communication and networking skills, as well as experience with these types of projects and knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Here’s what you’ll be doing: ● Pop-ups in dispensary locations ● Interacting with consumers regarding our products and promotions ● Educating budtenders on product selling points ● Maintaining displays in various locations, making sure the brand looks presentable and the location feels supported ● Working closely with sales and marketing staff to capitalize on sales at in-store activations. ● Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products. ● Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department. ● Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns. ● Reporting pop-up sales and consumer feedback. ● Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows. ● Ideas and participating in training and workshops. ● Maintaining a positive and professional image of the brand at all times. ● Have a sound knowledge of cannabis market trends. Here’s what we’ll need from you: ● Weekend and evening availability ● Punctual and reliable ● Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation ● Must be over 21+ ● MED badge is preferred ● Must have experience in cannabis events and activations ● Ability to take direction and communicate well ● Ability to complete reports on time ● Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality ● Track hours and mileage and invoice to our accounting department weekly. Physical Demands: ● Be able to stand for extended periods ● Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably ● Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend comfortably Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Evening shift Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Do you have experience in the Cannabis industry?
