We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth.Role: Java Full Stack Technical Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Cleveland, OH, 100% onsite Type: Full TimePosition DescriptionThe candidate for this role will be expected to be onsite five days a week at our client site in Pittsburgh PA.Your future duties and responsibilitiesResponsible to Lead and drive with the team with the clientResponsible for sound and high-quality technical deliverables.Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture.Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes.Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka, Microservices, front end development and Mongo DB integrationsHelp the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code.Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech teamWork to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.Develop incorporating the best practicesRequired qualifications to be successful in this roleAt least 12+ years of Java API development using Spring boot, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience (Mandatory)At least 5+ years of front-end development with Angular, React, NodeJS.3+ years of experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.Working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environmentSkills:AngularGitHubJenkinsMongoDBOracleRESTful (Rest-APIs)Spring BootSpring SecuritySwaggerApache KafkaEmployment Practices:EEO, ADA, FMLA CompliantVLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
