Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the Bartender/Beverage Server. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all required cleaning.ResponsibilitiesChecks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station.Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures.Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.Assists the Bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and (depending on assigned station) pouring drinks.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredNo previous experience requiredFluent and literate in EnglishMust be 21 years of age.Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated businessActs as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
