performance, integrity and availability.\nKeep the Server Infrastructure with updated OS patches and software releases\nCoordinate and communicate with external vendors/internal customers regarding issues with the different platforms related to Virtualized Environment, Servers, Storage, and Back Up devices\nPurchase/Upgrade Virtualized Platform, Servers, Storage, and Back Up devices\nCreating technical documents that outline the Virtualized Server Infrastructure for reference and knowledge, IP’s, , guidelines, process maps, and flows respective to each program, function, procedure of the solutions developed.\nWork with the end-user to interpret business requirements\nCollaborate with other members of the IT Team to resolve existing issues with the Server Infrastructure\nAct as back up resource for the Network Engineer job responsibilities\nFollow guidelines and directions from immediate supervisor to prioritize requirements based on business impact\nProvide 24/7 on call or on-site support in cases required\nQualifications\n5+ Years of Experience in managing and maintaining a Server Infrastructure\n3-5+ Years of Experience in administering VMWare/Citrix Virtual Infrastructure\nBS in Computer Systems or similar or 5+ years of work experience in the related field\nProven experience troubleshooting and resolving Server and Systems related issues\nUnderstanding of Virtualized and Windows Server platforms\nKnowledge of Information Security best practices for Server and Computer devices\nMicrosoft and VMWare Certifications preferred\n\nPreferred:\n\nGood communication skills · Problem solving skills\nProactive and detail oriented\nAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple task and set priorities.\nWillingness to work
