You'll be working directly with customer robot systems and need deep expertise in ROS, C++, and system integration.\r\nWhat to Expect\r\nAs Tech Lead for Forward Deployment, you will lead technical delivery for our most complex customer engagements. You'll architect solutions, guide implementation, and ensure our platform integrates seamlessly with customer systems.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead technical architecture for customer deployments\r\nGuide integration of our platform with diverse robotics systems\r\nMentor and grow a team of solution engineers\r\nDebug complex issues spanning simulation, ML, and robotics\r\nFeed customer learnings back into product development\r\nWhat You'll Bring\r\n7+ years in robotics software with 2+ years in customer-facing roles\r\nDeep expertise in ROS/ROS2, C++, and robotics system integration\r\nExperience deploying ML systems on real robots\r\nStrong debugging skills across hardware/software boundaries\r\nExcellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience at robotics companies with deployed products\r\nBackground in field robotics or autonomous systems\r\nFamiliarity with simulation and sim-to-real workflows\r\nWe believe diverse teams build better products.
